No response to correspondence. You are ignored for weeks/months at a time. Empty promises are never followed through. HMRC deadlines are missed, causing late payment fees. Mistakes in paperwork. Told things will be sorted next day/Monday but you have to constantly chase up issues that have not been sorted. A terrible service. I would definitely not recommend.
