Went in on a weekday and felt extremely unwelcome. Barmaid looked me up and down with contempt, I said hello to her and was ignored. I ordered my drink politely, said please and thank you and not one word was uttered to me and no eye contact made. Maybe it's just me but I found what happened hard to believe. It's a local pub for local people.
Enjoyed my time here. Had some great drinks and watched people played pool. Bar lady was excellent!!!! Thank you (Marianne, I think is her name) for making our reservation at River House restaurant!!!
