Called this shop last week for a bouquet of flowers valued 50.Working 100miles away from my partner all week meant I couldn't see them til 5days later..Well Ive never complained about flowers before but this bouquet was akin to 2 lots of 3 flowers found in Aldi.Cheap and nasty and no thought put in to colours..just a mix up.I called to make a complaint...Amazed that I got told I should have complained sooner (which was impossible since I hadn't seen the flowers til the weekend)I was shocked at how little they cared and didn't even offer a gesture to put out another bunch or knock money off.Never again. Absolutely shocking
