The smallest but most efficiently organised airport I've ever been! Check in and customs have never been an issue, as everything is carried out pretty quickly and effectively. Do not expect to find a big variety of shops or many restaurants to choose from. But you can enjoy your coffee /snack/drink without worrying about finding your gate or wandering around the airport. There are only two gates, so be prepared for a chilled wait. Also there are charging spots for your mobile/laptop.

A small Highland airport with lots of character. The car park is literally outside the airport so our ready to arrive or depart. A huge whiskey shop in the departures lounge. Also a few tiny shops, a nice little airport. The only downside is that the last flights out always seems to be delayed as the airlines seem to push the delayed flights to Inverness instead of the other major airports in an effort to minimise compensation costs. The upside of that is sometimes you get a much nicer plane than what was scheduled to land. Either way, welcome to the Highlands, thrashes anywhere else in the UK.
Plenty of comfy seats and good views of the runway from the spacious restaurant/bar area. Wave to the pilots, if you like! A few plug points. For food, choices were rather limited and prices a bit high (good chips, though). Excellent local beer Black Isle Red Kite on draft. Better off staying land-side until your gate opens, or unless you have Aspire lounge access. Dedicated phone charging area after security.
Not the biggest nor the best airport, but everything is efficiency laid out. Clean toilets. Good restaurant & friendly helpful staff.
