It's like an oasis in these northern mountains. Howie and Sandra are among the nicest people I've ever met. The services are very simple but everything is arranged with great love and care. Definitely recommend to stop there on your last leg to Inverness.

Large cup of excellent coffee, and huge slice of famous lemon cake which magically disappeared!
Tasty food at reasonable prices deep in the woods. Every bit of the structure appears to have been salvaged creatively from something else. There aren't really walls (my biggest gripe was getting cold), but at least the steps up to the seating area discourage the pig from begging, and the roof keeps the rain out.
Why not mention it's a walkers only camping on your very basic website? I phoned and you asked which way are you walking.. And I said, we're by car.. Then you said, let me have a look.. Then 2 seconds later, we're fully booked..sorry. Hmm.. How silly does that sound?
