Impossible to get an appointment as an NHS patient and having a crown fallen off. Basically told unless something is bleeding and there is severe pain they simply wouldn't see me. I don't know why they take on NHS patients and then refuse to see them / probably get a retainer like GP's for every patient on their books. Either very bad management or they simply want to make as much money as possible and don't care. Time to go private, just wish I got a rebate on all the tax I pay!
