I am so happy I was recommended this dentist. I have been to a few different practices where even the check ups were painful.Today I had a root canal at evolution by Sam and I didnt feel a thing!Very quick and friendly service. Reasonably priced for a private service also. I wont be nervous to go to the dentist anymore. Thank you so much.

Nightmare. Sam said he had to take pain killers for a few days after doing a filling and recommended I get a younger, fitter doctor to carry out the treatment required. He said he was 54 years old and had sore wrists. Should he still be practising. I replied "this is not a very good service" and he said "if you opened your mouth wider you would get a good service". Never been told that before.

Having had very negative experiences with dentists elsewhere, I was delighted with their efficient, engaging, flexible ... and painless ... approach. Good with the kids as well. I've returned to the highlands after many years in different parts of the world. And I love it here, even if we're not always very good at giving praise where it's due. I can't speak for the practice as a whole ... but I certainly think Dr Eghtedar is due some.

Waiting time there always late but nice man who made me feel at ease

If I could give no stars I would. I first attended this dentist a couple of years ago. I was seen by a young and very inexperienced dentist who had moved to this country for work. I am a very nervous patient but after my experience here it was made much worse! I had a root canal done, came home, and felt something strange in my mouth once the jabs started wearing off. I looked in the mirror and was horrified to find a pink plastic thing coming out of my gum and going back in (like a loop). I can't remember the name of it but it is a tool used for removing the nerve or something, so I had to go through the whole thing again to get it removed!! I was shaking like a leaf. I wrote and complained to the practice and was seen by Sam who I believe owns or owned it. He was very nice and promised to sort it all out and offered me the rest of my treatment for free. I was then seen by someone else who promised me a new top class denture for the top and a partial one for the bottom. I was also referred to Raigmore to have 2 teeth extracted under anaesthetic. Hospital then referred me back to dental practice who have never bothered to get back in touch with me. That has been over a year now!!! Very disappointed!! They offered me the earth to stop me lodging a complaint about them and leaving negative feed back. Maybe they thought I'd forget all about it??? So I am now trying to find somewhere else that is good with nervous patients and will give me proper care.
