Steven and the team at Highland Bikes are just great. The service is excellent, ordered a new bike mail order and they went out of their way to help.me. A minor oversight by the bike manufacturer was rectified the same day with parts being shipped out immediately. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Took bike in on Saturday with concerns over rear wheel. Shop was busy (always a good sign) but young lad, Robin, took time to examine bike, explained I needed new bearings, gave me options. Given the miles I do I decided to buy new set of wheels, which he fitted there and then between dealing efficiently with other customers. Price was excellent, service fantastic.
