I picked up my car on Wednesday and was served by Callum. He was very patient and helped the whole transaction go smoothly, any small problems were dealt with immediately. Callum was polite, willing to help and didnt mind me asking whatever questions I had. I was very pleased with the service provided and the free coffee and shortbread was much appreciated too

She was friendly and helpful and didn't make the 'boring bits' too boring, which always helps, but managed to get the important information across!

Well I have had a great experience at Arnold Clark Hyundai branch. Craig was my sales advisor he was polite, informative, and listened to us. He kept me well informed of process for collecting my brand new 68plate. Chris helped me when my insurance company were being idiots. Graham came across to say thank you for buying from Craig he again very polite, giving me his direct number if I had any issues at all. The free tea and walkers shortbread was just what I needed after deciding what car I was going to have. We have been that impressed with them that we have booked our other car into this branch for service instead of our local branch. Will definitely recommend. Great customer service and lovely atmosphere in showroom.
