Nice showroom well situated in Inverness just beside the main road. Sales staff were helpful but had to chase up a request a couple of times after being told they would call me back. Great seating area with coffee and biscuits and well thought out kids area to keep them busy.

Will Arnold Clark try to remove this review.Having had horrendous experience with Arnold Clark Mercedes Inverness and reported the facts on Trust Pilot Arnold Clark have sent a request to have the review removed saying I am not a genuine reviewer. If that is the case then can you please fix my car or give back my 34.100 that I spent on a Mercedes GLE 350 that has a very serious vibration fault which you admit to.Its not that hard a request and is perfectly reasonable given the history of my CLS 250 Estate that suffered catastrophic engine damage while in for a service.I was going to post the whole sorry story but there is a word limit so i cannot.
Went in happy left extremely disappointed. Do not believe the staff know what good customer care means!
