Error message on my Passat estate B8 on Sunday, car booked in on Wednesday for health check. Two faults found, unfortunately parts dept had problems getting hold of replacement parts. So got my car back on Saturday, now that is longer than anyone would hope for, but Hawco service department phoned everyday with updates and true to their word car was washed, hoovered and ready when they said.Customer service great.
