Where do I start with this cess pit of con- artistry? The biggest load of con- artists in the Highlands!! If only I could leave a minus 5 stars!EasyDrive Inverness is run by the Polish Mafia under the fist of don Chris Stone (who happens to have written his own Google review about the place he manages- what a saddo!). Before I tell you all about this cowboy outfit, I thought I would name and shame the employees of EasyDrive in question: Chris Stone (Branch Manager)Aleksander (and)KrzysztofPreviously, I was a loyal customer to (un) Easy Drive and had hired numerous vehicles from EasyDrive in the past without issue. On the last hire, I returned the vehicle to the Inverness office and was accused of damaging the vehicle in numerous places. When I asked for something in writing, I was presented with a 'shoddy' piece of paper scribbled on by Aleksander. Needless to say, the 600.00 deposit was taken from my card. I entered a chain of email correspondence with Chris Stone (the Branch Manager) who was adamant that I was at fault and had caused damaged to the hire car.I would like to point out that despite numerous emails and requests for proof of this so called 'damage' - none of it could be proven. When I asked for proof of repair costs, I was sent a 'dodgy' invoice with the prices blanked over with another piece of paper! I have attached this to my review so that you can see the honest truth of what Easy Drive are all about!!After numerous correspondence and receiving a web of lies from Stone I contacted my credit card company who investigated and returned the 600.00 deposit which was taken under false pretences from EasyDrive.I wouldnt even consider leasing a milk float from this nasty, deceitful outfit!!

I hired a car for two days, the manager showed me existing scratches on car, made a point of doing this, I returned the car in the same condition, no new scratches, after returning an hour later to pick up our luggage he showed us a new scratch, it matched the cars key, I have a phone photo of this, he then informed me he intended to take my 150pound deposit. Not part, but all of it and accused me of returning the car damaged. This polish manager is into a insurance scam, I believe he scratched the car to take my money, I have on this site, found many complaints the same as mine, this seems to happen a lot at this car hire place, he also failed to provide supporting repair costs or even a estimate for repair, to take money without your agreement is theft, I asked him not to. I am in the process of taking legal advice as to whether he can do this, I would suggest all parties ripped off by this con artist, do the same.I do not intended to let him get away with this. I Will also be in contact with the fraud line that runs on local TV, see if they can follow this up, particularly as there are so many posted similar complaints, seems to be a patten with this shifty individual.Due to this, I have been left with a bad impression of Inverness, particularly their local business community. Very sad, I will not be recommending anyone from Australia go there.I Will also be sharing this on social media so others can avoid being ripped off by this cad.It also reinforces why the honest English wan a brexit, get rid of the eastern European mafia.

Lost 150 ($300aud) to damage we did not do. We are travelling Scotland from overseas and left our luggage at the hiring facility in Inverness for just under an hour while we picked up a few things. Came back to collect luggage and sort out payments only to be told a tiny 1cm pin dent that was not there before was our fault. Fraudulent service for a poor company with terrible customers service. Do NOT use these people's service!!! Cheap service sadly came at an extremely expensive cost.

I was charged $100US for a punctured tire. I've still not been provided a receipt or bill of sale indicating the actual repair I paid for. There was no negligent or abusive action on my part. The tire went low. I filled it myself and reported it as leaking on return. THat's when I was informed I'd have to pay for a punctured tire. I've rented cars for 30 years and to be charged for a road hazard you have no control over is unacceptable and bad business practice. Furthermore, the wheels were already damaged and were annotated as being damaged when I accepted the car, so for all I know the leaking air on the tire is caused by something that was done before I ever rented the vehicle. It's a small company and they are looking to make a few extra bucks. Avoid them and go w/ the established companies who don't need to swindle their customers to help maintain their fleet.

Quick efficient pick-up and drop off, no issues. Would use again. Booked in advance, so good price.
