Focus are a great local company offering a fantastic selection of vehicles at the best possible price. From my experience they are by far the cheapest in inverness and their staff are friendly and well trained. I will continue to use them personally and recommend them to visitors at my bed and breakfast.
Great place to hire a vehicle in Inverness. Very reasonable prices and a choice of great cars. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Very close to city centre. They even offered me a bigger car than what I booked for a small extra payment. Highly recommend. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Hired a car here in August 2018. They gave me a free upgrade, the car was absolutely beautiful and the staff were really friendly and helpful with local advice and sight seeing. Would absolutely hire from them again and highly recommend to others.
Be very wary of pre-paying your hire here.If you have prepaid and then need to cancel there is a 40 charge!I had booked a van to take my mother to Edinburgh to pick up furniture. She had a fall and is in hospital. Despite letting Focus know within 48 hours of my booking starting, they refuse to allow a refund without making the high punitive charge. The best on offer was to hold the booking for up to a month. I'm unimpressed and disappointed. Don't make the same mistake as me in using this company.
