Why would anyone use one of the multinational car hire groups when one can use a local family owned company with not just excellent value cars but with a proprietor anxious to ensure high levels of customer service.Chris went out of his way to help us and our nearly new top of the range Golf was there waiting for us at Inverness airport. The price was lower than any of the large groups with a straightforward and modest excess policy. Reading Linda Hutceons review seems to indicate that she was difficult as hers seems to be the only negative review amongst a proliferation of super positive ones. I cannot recommend Chris and company more enthusiastically. Well done, Chris; its a huge pleasure to write about a wonderful Highland welcome!

Helpful, Affordable Car Hire Company!I booked a car for my wife through Jack's for the day. I spoke to Chris on the phone who was extremely helpful, explaining that my wife had to visit Inverness for a funeral.My wife said that when she was greeted at the airport that it was the simplest car hire transaction ever, and would highly recommend them!So if you're looking for a local run family business who care about their customers then Jack's is well worth giving a call - you won't regret it!
Extremely good value, the car was brand new and immaculate. Very helpful chap on reception. They really could not have been better. They are situated a little out of the town on an industrial estate so a 15 minute walk is necessary but it's easy enough to find.
