On the down side their were 8 people in the queue in front of me and the 2 staff were not especially quick at dealing with customers. I recommend you run off the plane to get to the front of the queue. On the plus side we got bumped up to a Mercedes C class from a VW Passat. Great car. No problems on pick up/drop off. Would definitely recommend
Great service. Always get a nice clean car delivered on time to my home. Drop off service to Edinburgh airport is easy. Great value for money. Cost from my home to Edinburgh airport was 58.00 plus my fuel roughly 15.00. Cost of train to airport is 46.00 plus taxis etc. You don't need brains to see it's a good deal. Also had a great experience from Europcar inverness eastgate centre, called up at 1600 hours on Sunday and was given a car by 17.15. Considering they close at 1700 they stayed open and waited for me as I was running late. Lovely girl who met me.
Sinto que fui enganada com uma cobrana de after hours pouco correta. A hora para levantamento do carro era s 8am mas cheguei s 7.54. O funcionrio no avisou que iria cobrar este valor seno teria esperado 6min para levantar o carro. Pouco profissionais, sinto que agiram de m f. No recomendo !!
