When you rent a car with enterprise you cant go wrong and the Inverness branch didnt disappoint. Helpful staff and friendly atmosphere. The car was almost new and perfectly cleaned inside. What really surprised me was that a member of staff took me directly to the airport car parking when I returned the car, which is absolutely fantastic! Thanks again!
Waiting 30 minutes for meet and greet, could of walked to the car hire place quicker than be picked up. On return of the vehicle, it was a good job I remembered where it was, as no signage to this specific car hire company
Good check in service. Changed drivers name with no issue. Easy when arrived back and quickly shuttled to the airport door. Friendly guys.
I strongly encourage everyone looking for not only a good car, but also excellent service, come here. The staff was phenomenal from the sign at security, to pick up and delivery to the agency, to the return of the car and delivery back to the airport.Each person truly cares about you having a fantastic experience in their country. Further the deposit is beyond reasonable, the prices to rent very fair, and the process easy and paperless. I will use this Enterprise office from this point forward. Very grateful. Really quick processing. They are outside of the airport - allow time for shuttle service to / from terminal. Shuttle runs every 10 min (approximately) and ride to airport is 3 min.
