Pick you up and drop off, good service
Very happy with the service they provided. They called me and offered me a lift, the moment I booked the van.They didn't have the van I was needing so they upgraded me with no extra cost, although it wasn't very suitable, and this was the only thing I didn't enjoy, as I was needing a small van due to my driveway restriction, but they offered me compensation, so it was fine.They were very helpful, friendly and straightforward, with no small letters and the moment I brought the van back they refunded the deposit immediately, right in front of me!
Booked a car from here via Costco. My wife had phoned in advance to check they had car seats available for the kids and we were told they had done and it wasn't a problem. No mention/discussion of cost at this point.When picking the car up, they wanted to charge for my wife as an additional driver (free with Costco) and also charged about 40 for the car seats. Would have gone with the company just down the road if we had known this as they were more competitive Car itself was nice and clean with no issues.

The best... Great guys here and the service was second to none.My car was given a FREE upgrade to a SUV for my journey back to Cambridge on a one way hire, the price was great and so were the staff along with a great car.I will certainly be using Enterprise in Inverness and Cambridge from now on.A huge thank you to Imtiaz who is a class act.
